SETSC is a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the growing problem of cargo theft throughout the Southeastern United States. In the past, our funds have sponsored law enforcement training, website maintenance, and numerous training opportunities for local, state, and federal law enforcement officers. Our web-based BOLO system transmits cargo theft incidents and information to our members throughout North America.
